Pink Lane Lunch – The Full Works

Our full works lunch buffet caters comprehensively for your meeting, party or event with a selection of little savoury pastries, bite sized sandwiches on our rosemary sea salt focaccia, freshly made salads and cakes. Our beautiful, fresh and seasonal spread will be packaged in recyclable cardboard trays smart enough to serve directly from, with recyclable plates and wooden cutlery provided. We have a minimum order of 10 for this buffet.

This lovely selection of the best of our bakes, sandwiches and cakes comes with thoughtfully made salads and will satisfy your guests for anything from a busy afternoon of conference action to a birthday celebration in the garden.

We can cater for an entirely vegetarian/vegan event, just choose that option in the drop down menu. There are plenty of vegetarian options included in the usual selection, so if you have just a couple of veggie attendees they'll be well catered for.

Per person we'll provide:

• Five of our delicious savoury pastries - a selection of miniature buffet versions of our counter classic, including options like- pancetta rosemary sausage rolls, little mature cheddar roast onion pasties, customer favourite vegan mushroom miso nut roast rolls and light puff pastry confit garlic and roast vegetable folds.
• Two bite sized sandwiches on freshly baked focaccia with a range of seasonal fillings
• Freshly made salads (a selection of at least two vegan, nut free varieties) for guests to serve themselves
• A piece of cake to finish your lunch, one of our counter classics like iced gingerbread, brownies, vegan lemon or another of our freshly baked favourites.

We make all our catering in kitchens handling nuts and gluten so all our products have the potential for cross contamination. We can provide separately packaged nut free boxes on request. All allergens will be labelled on your order.

We can make a gluten free option of a substantial salad topped with charcuterie, cheeses (v) or hummous and olives (vg) and provide substitutions for our sweet bakes, but note that our floury bakery environment means we can't cater to celiacs and we don't specialise in gluten free alternatives to our bread or pastries.

As our catering is freshly made to order we need a few days lead time to prepare your lovely lunch. Please place your order at least three working days in advance for collection from our Gosforth bakery from 10.30am – 3.30pm Monday-Saturday.
