Our 3'' individual brandy fed Christmas cakes are a lovely smaller version of our jewel fruit topped family sized cake. Our rich matured fruit cake is finished with a layer of marzipan and a design of glazed nuts and our own crystallised fruits for a really special gift or individual indulgence.
