Our spiced fruity hot cross buns are a firm Easter favourite. Just around for a few weeks of the year (no January hot crossies here) our traditional recipe buns are lightly spiced and packed with candied pee and sultanas for a hot cross bun that's as good fresh as toasted, just don't skimp on the butter.
