Easter Simnel Cake

Our traditional recipe Simnel cake- rich fruitcake topped with toasted marzipan and the eleven marzipan balls representing the disciples, minus Judas. With a history dating back to medieval times, this very traditional Easter cake has never featured on the Pink Lane shelves until this year. We really hope you enjoy this lovely Easter centrepiece. We've made our Simnel cake without wheat flour so it's an ideal Easter treat for those avoiding gluten
