Speculaas- vegan spiced biscuits

Speculaas are Belgium's traditional festive cookie, crisp and snappy with a mix of warming spices (the taste you'll know from Biscoff biscuits). We make ours vegan and finish with a zig zag of snowy white icing. There are 10 festively shaped speculaas cookies in each pink ribbon tied bag.
