Pumpkin Pie

We make a traditional American pumpkin pie with a silky pumpkin-rich egg custard well spiced with the proper warming mix of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Our pumpkin pie is baked in a 7” tin to give 4 generous or 6 post Thanksgiving dinner sized slices. We top our pie with a cloud of gently sweetened chantilly cream and a grating of dark chocolate. Individual pies are available daily on the counter but not to preorder this year.
