Large Christmas Cake

Our brandy fed traditional fruit cakes are matured all autumn for the richest flavour. Then we finish them with a layer of marzipan then an intricate glazed design of nuts and our own crystallised fruit for a beautiful jewel box like cake. Our family sized Christmas cakes are 6'' square and packed in a recyclable kraft box tied up with bright pink ribbon for the perfect gift to friends and family or for your own festive table. We make limited numbers of these carefully handmade cakes so do pre-order to secure yours.
