We’ve got a gem of a job we’re recruiting for right now. A brand new role for us of Office Manager. You won’t be making these cinnamon buns but you’ll play a vital role in making sure they get to the right customer on the right day with the right invoice and then payroll administered for the team who did roll the dough and bake them to buttery perfection.
Up until now admin has been covered by Neil and Martha the business owners with lots of input from the senior production team. It’s time for some really responsible, brilliantly efficient admin support. 30 hours a week/6 hours a day in our Gosforth office, hours fairly flexible to suit the right person.
This will be you if-
- you have proven bookkeeping experience ideally with Xero
- great customer facing communication
- some understanding of the food industry
- an organised admin background
The kind of person we’re looking for is a problem solver, able to work independently and be a great point of contact for the business. That mixture of cheerful efficiency that gets things done.
